How Do I Make A Purchase?
1. Select A Product To Buy

2. Select Your Colour
Select colour by clicking on a colour swatch circle.

3. Choose Your Size and Cup Size
Choose your size which is your band/back size and then the cup size. Underneath it will give you details of stock eg it might say - can be ordered, 1 in stock, more can be ordered, 1 in stock, no more can be ordered....

3. Select Quantity & Add To Bag
Select quantity for the number you want to order of your selected product. Then click on the add to bag button which will turn pink as you hover over it.

4. Click on the shopping basket at the top of the page to view your shopping basket.

5.Shopping Cart - Check all the details of product, colour, size, quantity are correct. Then click on proceed to checkout button.

6. Checkout Page - Delivery Address
Add your name, address, email and billing address is different to delivery address.

7. Choose Delivery Method
Select your chosen delivery method and add any delivery instructions. Then click to go to payment method and details.

8. Add Payment Details

For payment on the website we only accept cards at the moment.
9. Order Confirmation

You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your purchase.
Should there be any queries regarding your order you will again be contacted by email, so please ensure that your email address is typed correctly when placing your order.
What happens if my item is not in stock?
Your order is very important to us. If you order an item which is not in stock then we will back order it for you and endeavour to send it out to you in the time mentioned on the website. All our most popular brands are kept in stock so if you require an item quickly we recommend you choose an alternate item, please do not hesitate to ring for help with this. We will keep you updated on the progress of the back ordered items.
Tax Charges
20%VAT applies to UK orders. All foreign order are now VAT excluded.
Payments From Abroad
Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of dispatch.
Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goods are received.
All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
Problems Adding Products to Cart
If you are having problems adding a product to the cart then your browser (eg chrome, firefox, opera or safari etc ) may have an adblocker enabled. If you open the website in a new browser tab and turn off the adblocker then this may solve the issue.
