What to do with your bra.....
- Fasten your bra on the shortest hook in the morning and allow for expansion later in the day.
- You could try adding a bra extender as this will make the band of your bra larger.
What to think about when buying a new bra when your current bra gets tight at night.....
- Come down a cup size and go up a back size might help.
- Try a bra with stretchy, elasticated fabric that will adjust with your body.
- Depending on the size fluctuations, you may need two bras in different sizes.
