What happens if my item is not in stock?
Your order is very important to us. If you order an item which is not in stock then we will back order it for you and endeavour to send it out to you in the time mentioned on the website. All our most popular brands are kept in stock so if you require an item quickly we recommend you choose an alternate item, please do not hesitate to ring for help with this. We will keep you updated on the progress of the back ordered items.
All prices in this catalogue include V.A.T at 20%.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on our or any other website.
About the Card Security Code
The Card Security Code is a 3 or 4 digit number on your card which helps us confirm that you are in possession of the card. American Express owners can find the CSC on the front of their card - it's a 4 digit number on the right hand side.
For all other cards, the code can be found as the final three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
Payments From Abroad
Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goods are received. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
