How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our website to find a product, and click on any of the items that you wish to buy eg, Product code 3402 - the Aerelle Comfort Corselette
Click on the colour you would like and then the size required. Under the colour and size grid it will say for example, Your Selection: 42C in White
Select the quantity of this item you would like - 1 item is already selected for you.
If you are now ready to purchase this item, click on the pink Add to Cart button.
You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can amend the quantity selected or remove the item from the shopping cart.
You can now continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button or you can buy the item/items in your cart by clicking on the pink Proceed to Checkout button.
On the Checkout page you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. you will be asked to fill out delivery options which refers to postage/shipping, email address and telephone number and billing address and delivery address if different.
You will be asked if you would like to create an account with AmpleBosom which allows you access to our express checkout for faster ordering next time you shop with us.
Before moving onto the payment section of the checkout page you can also tell us if you have any special requirments regarding delivery or any comments about our website.
Click the pink Continue button and fill out your payment details, confirm details and your order is complete.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your purchase.
Should there be any queries regarding your order you will again be contacted by email, so please ensure that your email address is typed correctly when placing your order.

What happens if my item is not in stock?
Your order is very important to us. If you order an item which is not in stock then we will back order it for you and endeavour to send it out to you in the time mentioned on the website. All our most popular brands are kept in stock so if you require an item quickly we recommend you choose an alternate item, please do not hesitate to ring for help with this. We will keep you updated on the progress of the back ordered items.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on our or any other website.
About the Card Security Code
The Card Security Code is a 3 or 4 digit number on your card which helps us confirm that you are in possession of the card. American Express owners can find the CSC on the front of their card - it's a 4 digit number on the right hand side.
For all other cards, the code can be found as the final three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
Payments From Abroad
Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goods are received. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
